TankWars Remake v0.0.4-alpha

Additions/Changes:

• functional ingame ui
• add weapons/items as custom resources and set all properties
• add variable tank power and input for it
• angle now never exceeds 90 and shows the direction with the ui arrow
• added fixed color pool for player tanks
• spawn players at random positions
• functional weapon selection
• added lead ball as second weapon

Fixes:

• big performance optimizations when more than 3 tanks are in the game
• try to fix some accuracy problems
